What is Raw Indian hair?

Raw Indian hair is natural, chemically unprocessed hair that grows directly out of an individual's scalp. Understandably, most people do not have a perfect curl from root to tip and normally have irregular curls, waves or ringlets in their hair therefore no two bundles will be alike.

What's the difference between Raw Indian and Virgin hair?

Our virgin hair is very silky and has been steamed processed to create a more unified look. (ex. bodywave, loose wave, deepwave, etc.) This hair can last up to 2 years with the proper maintenance.Our Raw hair is unprocessed, collected from one single donor with all cuticles intact and hasn't been altered in any way because of this no two bundles will be alike which creates a more natural, full and voluminous look.

How many bundles do I need?

Up to 20" 2-3 bundles will be fine for a full natural. Anything longer than 20" you should opt for 3-4 bundles.

What's the difference between HD and Transparent lace?

HD lace is super thin lace giving it the ability to blend right in with your skin because of the material. Transparent lace appears white/transparent and just a little thicker than HD but it has the ability to blend with any complexion.

How do I know if a ready to wear unit will fit me?

Do you offer refunds?

How long is shipping and do you offer expedited shipping?

Payment processing is 1-3 business days. After your payment has been processed, fulfillment will begin. This process takes 5-7 business days. Once your order is ready it will then be shipped, the entire process could take anywhere from 2-3 weeks.

We only offer expedited shipping for our Ready to Wear kollection as these luxury units will be on hand.

Do you offer international shipping?

How do you ship your packages?

We ship using USPS.

Can I change my shipping address after my order is place?

No, your shipping and billing address must match. If your shipping address is different we will only ship to your billing address.

What happens if my package is lost/stolen?

The Sweet Kollection is not responsible for lost/stolen packages once the item arrives to the shipping company.

Can I color my extensions?

Yes, hair can be lifted to 613. We recommend seeking a professional colorist to help achieve your perfect color!

Why am I receiving an email/text message to verify my identity after my purchase?

This email/text message is a one time message sent to verify your identity to minimize/hault fraudulent orders. Failure to verify your identity/proof of purchase will result in your order being cancelled and refunded.
